We're looking for a Receptionist Administrator to join our team and play a key role in delivering a professional, welcoming, and efficient front-of-house experience. You’ll be highly organised, confident in managing multiple priorities, and able to provide exceptional administrative support to the Executive Assistant and Directors.
What you'll do
As an essential part of the Executive Support team, you'll:
• Act as first point of contact for all visitors, clients and callers, ensuring a professional, friendly and efficient service
• Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence, routing messages promptly and accurately
• Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms to a high standard of presentation and cleanliness
• Help manage car parking when double parked using the internal system
• Order lunches for meetings and internal events
• Coordinate visitor sign-in and hospitality requirements
• Provide administrative support to Directors (travel bookings, accommodation, expense claims, ad hoc duties)
• Assist with company events as required
• Support the Executive Assistant with day-to-day tasks and responsibilities

• Comfortable working autonomously in a lone-working environment
• Previous receptionist/administration experience
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, basic Excel, basic PowerPoint)
• Ability to prioritise, multitask and anticipate business needs
• Well-spoken English
