We’re looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead, inspire, and develop our Sales Team while delivering profitable growth aligned with our strategic objectives. This is a leadership role focused on quality new business, customer excellence, and building a high-performing, united sales function across the UK.
What you’ll do
As an essential part of the Sales Leadership Team, you’ll:
• Provide clear direction aligned with business strategy to drive team performance
• Develop and implement a regional sales strategy focused on quality, profitable growth
• Coach, motivate and lead the Sales Team to achieve and exceed individual and team budgets
• Grow the team portfolio in line with agreed targets and objectives
• Support priority customer visits, key negotiations, and industry events
• Work closely with the Commercial Team to ensure tenders, proposals, and agreements are delivered to the highest standard and on time
• Build strong internal relationships across all departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
• Manage debt performance and support commercial governance
• Drive a strong One Team culture across the UK sales function
• Improve team engagement, productivity, and retention levels
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for an experienced sales leader who brings energy, credibility, and a passion for delivering results.
You’ll bring:
• Proven leadership experience within a sales environment
• The ability to inspire, coach and develop high-performing teams
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent budget management skills
• First-class communication and presentation skills
• The ability to build trust and long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders
• A passion for customer service and delivering on commitments
• High levels of integrity, initiative, enthusiasm, and drive
• Strong reporting and strategic planning capabilities
• A full UK driving licence
