People are at the heart of what we do. We're looking for a Timesheet Manager to join our team and play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely processing of operator timesheets, supporting payroll, monitoring revenue and maintaining strong relationships with our operators and customers.

This is a fast-paced role where organisation, accuracy and the ability to work to strict deadlines are essential.


What you'll do

As an essential part of the Recruitment team, you'll:

  • Manage the processing of high volumes of operator timesheets accurately and efficiently

  • Work to tight weekly deadlines to ensure operators are paid accurately and on time

  • Complete accurate data entry and maintain the integrity of timesheet and payroll records

  • Calculate and verify operator expenses and ensure they are processed correctly

  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure timesheets are approved without delay

  • Run regular reports to cross-reference timesheet, payroll and operational data

  • Review and verify timesheets against invoices to ensure billing accuracy and compliance

  • Assist with reviewing telematics reports and identifying any discrepancies or areas requiring further investigation

  • Support the scheduling and ongoing management of the digital timesheet process

  • Provide support to operators and customers with timesheet, payment and expense-related queries

  • Monitor revenue trends and provide insight into performance and potential areas for improvement

  • Carry out weekly operator compliance reviews, ensuring data is accurate and processes are followed

  • Work closely with Recruitment, Payroll, Operations and other internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Experience working with timesheets and/or payroll processes

  • Understanding of payroll procedures and payment processes

  • Experience working with multiple reports and large volumes of data

  • Previous experience in a high-volume data entry environment

  • Ability to analyse information, identify discrepancies and cross-reference data accurately
