People are at the heart of what we do. We're looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team and provide direction aligned with our business strategy, leading, motivating and developing the Sales Team to achieve individual and team budgets and objectives. You'll play a key role in driving profitable growth, developing customer relationships and creating a high-performing, collaborative sales culture.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

  • Achieve and exceed budgets through the development of existing and new client relationships.

  • Develop and deliver a sales strategy and plan aligned with wider business objectives.

  • Support the Sales Team with priority customer visits, meetings and events.

  • Work closely with the Commercial Team to ensure tenders, proposals and agreements are completed on time and to the highest standard.

  • Maintain strong internal relationships and work collaboratively across all areas of the business.

  • Support effective debt management across the customer portfolio.

  • Drive a ONE TEAM ethos across the UK Sales Team, encouraging collaboration and collective success rather than siloed regional targets.

  • Build trust through transparency with customers and ensure we consistently deliver what we say we will do.

  • Maintain an effective Sales Team through recruitment, training, coaching and development.

  • Drive improvements in team engagement and participation, while increasing productivity and retention levels.

What we're looking for

We're looking for an experienced sales professional who brings energy, leadership and a strong customer focus to this role.

  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

  • Strong commercial awareness and a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

  • Integrity, initiative, enthusiasm and drive.

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.

  • Strong coaching and people-development skills.

  • Good budget management and report-writing skills.

  • Professional and engaging presentation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and promote a strong ONE TEAM culture.

  • A full UK driving licence.
