People are at the heart of what we do. We’re looking for a Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst to join our IT team and play a key role in supporting our Digital Transformation Programme, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of our core business data across the organisation.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working across systems and stakeholders to drive data quality and continuous improvement.


What you’ll do


As an essential part of the IT / Digital Transformation team, you’ll:

  • Administer, maintain, and enhance master data records across core systems (e.g. customers, suppliers, assets)

  • Enforce data governance policies and standards to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and consistency

  • Work closely with teams across Finance, Commercial, Operations, and IT to identify and resolve data discrepancies

  • Support data integration and migration activities between platforms (e.g. Syrinx to NetSuite)

  • Help streamline data input processes, workflows, and system configurations

  • Monitor, report on, and improve data quality metrics

  • Support data-related elements of new system implementations and transformation projects

  • Manage data access, permissions, audit trails, and system controls where required


What we’re looking for


We’re looking for an experienced professional who brings energy, structure, and attention to detail to everything they do.

  • Proven experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or a similar data-focused role

  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, Syrinx, or similar)

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

  • Excellent attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy and quality

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple teams

  • Understanding of data privacy, protection, and compliance requirements (e.g. GDPR)

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating in a cross-functional environment

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid role with occasional travel to depots and customer project sites

Desirable (but not essential):

  • MDM or Data Governance certification (e.g. DAMA DMBOK, CDMP)

  • Experience with data integration tools or ETL processes

  • Project or change management experience

  • Exposure to construction, plant hire, logistics, or industrial sectors
