People are at the heart of what we do. We’re looking for an Operator Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in sourcing and coordinating skilled plant operators across the UK. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives under pressure, communicates confidently, and enjoys building strong working relationships while delivering excellent customer service.

What you’ll do


As an essential part of the Recruitment team, you’ll:

• Manage the end-to-end induction process for internal and external personnel
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our plant fleet and operator requirements
• Carry out accurate data entry onto internal systems and apps
• Handle confidential information in line with GDPR and company policies
• Manage inbound and outbound calls with external site personnel and operators
• Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders
• Support workforce planning to ensure operators are placed efficiently based on project requirements
• Manage customer expectations and maintain professional communication via phone and email
• Work closely with Operator Managers, project teams, and site management to ensure smooth operations
• Support key responsibilities including  Key Accounts, Regional Accounts, and project-specific requirements
• Promote clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders
• Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges

• Independent self-starter with a proactive attitude
• Strong decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail with a passion for getting things right first time
• Results-driven team player focused on achieving targets
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and other communication channels
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Recruitment administration or document control experience is desirable
