People are at the heart of what we do. We're looking for a Timesheet Manager to join our team and play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely processing of operator timesheets, supporting payroll, monitoring revenue and maintaining strong relationships with our operators and customers.
This is a fast-paced role where organisation, accuracy and the ability to work to strict deadlines are essential.
What you'll do
As an essential part of the Recruitment team, you'll:
Manage the processing of high volumes of operator timesheets accurately and efficiently
Work to tight weekly deadlines to ensure operators are paid accurately and on time
Complete accurate data entry and maintain the integrity of timesheet and payroll records
Calculate and verify operator expenses and ensure they are processed correctly
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure timesheets are approved without delay
Run regular reports to cross-reference timesheet, payroll and operational data
Review and verify timesheets against invoices to ensure billing accuracy and compliance
Assist with reviewing telematics reports and identifying any discrepancies or areas requiring further investigation
Support the scheduling and ongoing management of the digital timesheet process
Provide support to operators and customers with timesheet, payment and expense-related queries
Monitor revenue trends and provide insight into performance and potential areas for improvement
Carry out weekly operator compliance reviews, ensuring data is accurate and processes are followed
Work closely with Recruitment, Payroll, Operations and other internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience working with timesheets and/or payroll processes
Understanding of payroll procedures and payment processes
Experience working with multiple reports and large volumes of data
Previous experience in a high-volume data entry environment
Ability to analyse information, identify discrepancies and cross-reference data accurately
